For over 20 years I’ve been a sufferer of Crohns disease
After all this stuff maybe a little remission
Pretty please, pretty please, pretty please

Just 3 days left til lift-off – it’s all running around in my head
My own little harvest festival
That’s assuming the NHS has a bed

All my treatment n procedures being done a Guy’s
I managed to pass all the tests
Unfortunately no diploma, so it doesn’t mean I’m wise

Trying to find summat that rhymes with chemo
I suppose if it turns me orange
I could say I’d end up looking like Nemo!

Another tricky one is the Stem Cell Transplant
Why are all these words so tricky?
Racking my brain for a rhyme – but sorry I just cant!

First we have the harvest, the transplant is to follow
It’s gonna make me kinda sick
No doubt sometimes in self-pity I shall wallow

It’s pioneering stuff, a shot at being in good health
It could drastically change my life
That’s when you can truly call me a woman of REAL WEALTH!! :-)

After reading this post three times i now realise its a poem ... I did wonder why you were trying to make words rhyme! Please next time can you write it in a La la la la la voice?
